Terms and Conditions of Use

Clear rules regarding our services, the rights and obligations of the parties, as well as the limits of liability for products sold on virginiacoverage.com.

Subject of Services

This document establishes the conditions under which the user can access and purchase products from the online store virginiacoverage.com. The store exclusively sells tarpaulins and weather-resistant protective covers: waterproof covers for garden furniture, anti-hail car covers, and covers for outdoor grills. All products are made from Oxford polyester with a PU coating, feature high UV protection, and secure drawstring fastening systems. We do not offer health insurance, auto insurance (RCA/Casco), or external government policies.

User Rights and Obligations

The user has the right to browse, select, and order products available on the site, within the limits of existing stock. They are obliged to provide accurate and complete data upon registration and not to use the site for illegal purposes or in a way that could affect its operation. Any attempt at fraud or manipulation of the ordering system will result in immediate suspension of access.

Seller Rights and Obligations

virginiacoverage.com undertakes to deliver products according to the technical description displayed on the site, within the timeframe agreed upon at the completion of the order. We reserve the right to update prices, specifications, and stock without prior notice, but we ensure that the information is accurate at the time of publication. In the event of price or description errors, we will contact the user for confirmation before processing.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product and does not cover indirect damages, loss of profit, or deterioration caused by improper use of the covers (for example, exposure to direct fire or corrosive substances). The products are tested for normal weather conditions; we do not guarantee their integrity in the event of extreme phenomena (hail with a diameter over 3 cm, winds over 80 km/h).

Cleaning and Maintenance Conditions

To extend the lifespan of the car cover after the winter season, we recommend the following 3 steps: 1) Remove snow and ice with a soft brush, without pulling on the material. 2) Wash the cover with lukewarm water and a neutral soap (avoid harsh detergents or bleaches). 3) Dry completely in the shade, in a well-ventilated space, before storage. Do not use a washing machine or dryer.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify this document at any time. Users will be informed by publishing the new version on the site, and continued use of the services after the modification constitutes acceptance of them. For questions regarding the terms, you can contact us at info@virginiacoverage.com or by phone at 0779412547.
